Guest Sketch Artist: Zaira Ivette
Hello, 4x6 friends!
Once again, this is Zaira Ivette blogging for Amy. Today I'll bring you another single-page sketch by Amy, stretched to a double-page design.
Since the last time I presented a sketch that had all the photos on a horizontal orientation, I'll change thing a little bit today. Let me show you the initial sketch:

I didn't want to fuss around too much with that elegant, soothing sketch, so I just extended it to fit five vertical photos:

Hi everyone! This is, again, Zaira Ivette, taking advantage on Amy's generosity, and sharing a sketch with all of you.
If you have been following Amy for a while, you might remember when, back in 2009, she took one of her own single-page sketches and transformed it into a beautiful double-page sketch. Well, what I'm bringing you here today is the same concept!
Here you have one of my favorite single-page sketches by Amy:
With a little bit of creativity (and another little bit of ingenuity), I transformed that lovely 2-photo single-page sketch into a huge 6-photo double-page sketch.
I hope you like this "alteration"... And, if you do, let Amy know in the comments area so we can keep working together to bring you more of this ideas. And don't forget to share your layouts using this sketch!

Zaira had always been interested in documenting events and moments of life, but she formally went into modern scrapbooking in 2000, while trying to finish her degree in visual communication (she actually did). She taught scrapbooking classes for seven years back in her native Puerto Rico (when the concept of sketches had not shown into the market yet), and wrote her first scrapbooking article in 2002. In 2006, Zaira started her first scrapbooking blog, Scrapbook Latino, that evolved to become the current Hacer Scrapbooks. ("Hacer" is Spanish for "to make".) In 2010, she wrote her very first scrapbooking e-booklet for the Spanish speaking market. Zaira now lives in Florida, USA.
Zaira has been following 4x6 Photo Sketch since early 2009, when she read about it on a now-closed YahooGroup.
